Colorado 50-50, the Colorado affiliate of the Center for American Women and Politics, is offering candidate campaign training for women in-person.
This is a full-day, nonpartisan political training program designed to demystify the process of running for public office. Ready to Run® provides participants with essential tools and practical strategies for launching a campaign, building political influence, and positioning themselves for leadership.
Attendees will gain:
- “How to” instructions on running for office
- Fundraising and media training
- Real-world advice and best practices from political experts
- Strategies for becoming a public leader
- A deeper understanding of party politics
- Campaign strategies for the digital era
- Motivation and insight to take the next step toward candidacy
The training features two tailored tracks:
- TRACK 1: I’m Ready to Run, Now What? For women actively planning a run for office.
- TRACK2: I’m Not Ready to Run Yet, But...For those interested in learning more about political involvement or future leadership roles.
Early bird registration is $150, with a $25 discount for those who register with a friend. After April 30, the registration fee increases to $175. The cost includes all meals, materials, and access to a full day of programming.
